Human Verified does not mean legal advice, certification, guaranteed completeness, guaranteed compliance, procurement approval, or a guaranteed result. Customer edits, collaboration, copies, exports, and later customer-created deliverables do not inherit Human Verified status unless SourceFlag separately reviews that exact object under a future service. You remain responsible for the original solicitation, amendments, official portals, pricing, representations, and final submission.
Upload only files you are authorized to use. Do not upload executable files, credentials, malware, or prohibited government-controlled data. Human Review can use an official identifier and/or URL path or, when offered, an exact permitted immutable manual-review snapshot containing authorized public or otherwise unclassified PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, or PPTX solicitation files. Submitting an identifier or URL or uploading a snapshot alone starts no AI processing, Human Verified review, or service clock and is a request, not acceptance. Staff acceptance of the exact receipt and manifest plus confirmation of valid payment or an available review credit, capacity, and schedule starts Human Review. Human Review intake does not accept emailed attachments outside the dashboard, private-portal files or credentials, confidential proposal or pricing material, archives, active content, encrypted/password-protected packages, FCI, CUI, export-controlled, classified, procurement-sensitive, regulated, or other controlled material.

Review material subscription terms The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Annual plans charge the displayed annual amount upfront; monthly plans charge monthly.
A trial converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the exact trial end. Workspace access begins only after payment-method verification and provisioning.
Payment verification and account timing
After checkout, Stripe needs to confirm the payment method before your dashboard account and workspace can be created.
Card payments usually confirm within a few minutes. Once Stripe confirms, your account and workspace are created automatically.
US bank-account/ACH payments can remain pending after checkout. Stripe may take up to 4 business days to authorize the payment, and the pending page will show the estimated authorization date if that happens.
If Stripe requires bank verification or microdeposits, complete the Stripe verification step first. No workspace is created if the payment is not authorized.
